Every fortnight to 20th February 2020.  Discover some of the amazing wildlife looked after on this farm.  As the season changes so do the habitats and special creatures found here - from trees and plants shutting down for the winter to birds flocking in their masses.  These walks will give you a chance to see it all close up and learn how we manage this important place for nature in our fields and on the wetlands.  

Price adults £4.00 children £2.00 (£3.00 and £1.50 for RSPB members).  Guided walk - booking essential - 01387 780579.

North Solway Bird Ringing Group demonstrations give people a rare chance to experience our songbirds up close.  You never know what you might see, from green finches or blue tits to rarer yellow hammers or tree sparrows.

With birdy activities for kids to complete the day.

Progress on the maintenance of the Hall will be reviewed and future plans discussed.

Colvend Public Hall is owned by the local community and its day-to-day running is dependent on hall lets and various events organised by the Management Committee .

Everybody is welcome to attend these meetings observe, offer help or participate in how the Hall is being managed on your behalf.
